CBAM Bitcoin Yield Fund
Overview
CBAM and Aspen Digital partnered with Apex Group to rapidly launch a Bitcoin Yield Fund using a master–feeder structure, aiming to deliver institutional-grade digital asset exposure and yield generation.
Leveraging Apex’s advanced technology and automated workflows, the fund was built to operate entirely on digital rails, ensuring secure, efficient operations and seamless coordination across stakeholders – mirroring the operational excellence and risk management seen in leading industry firms.
The challenge
The client needed to launch a three fund master–feeder structure in a very compressed timeframe to meet the commercial deadlines set by both CBAM and Aspen Digital.
This required coordinating multiple stakeholders across jurisdictions while ensuring Apex could fully service the structures for a strategy operating entirely on digital asset rails.
