Navita has held numerous senior roles throughout her career, demonstrating a strong track record of driving profit growth and operational excellence.

Stephen is Regional Head – United Kingdom, having joined Apex Group in London through the strategic acquisition of Mainspring Fund Services, where he was the Founder and CEO. Stephen founded Mainspring in 2010, having spent eight years as COO at Pi Capital. In this operational role, he gained valuable insight into the challenges of operating a fast-growing private equity fund manager, from leading the finance, HR and IT functions to structuring funds and managing investor relations for several hundred investors. He was responsible for the administration of more than 30 investment entities, including direct investments, limited partnerships, co-investing vehicles and fund of funds vehicles. Prior to that he was an investor at Eden Capital, consultant at Kagen Media, helped set up BBC Online and started his career in corporate finance at Hambros Bank.

Karl is responsible for the distribution of the full range of Apex's products to alternative asset managers. He joined Apex in 2018 with over 15 years’ experience in working with alternative managers with prior roles at AKO Capital, Deutsche Bank and UBS.
