Kavitha joined the Apex Group in December 2022 following its acquisition of Maitland. She is part of the Apex Group Executive Committee and has regional responsibility as Chief Operating Officer - Luxembourg . Kavitha is a qualified accountant and has over 25 years’ experience in the financial industry with a key focus on investment funds & related products. She serves on the Board of Directors of ALFI - The Association of Luxembourg Fund Industry and other Luxembourg domiciled investment funds. She has held leadership positions within Maitland and helped build the pan -European institutional funds business - establishing the AIFM in addition to help outsourcing and overseeing the fund administration business within the Group.

Dominik is Apex’ Regional Head Business Development for the DACH & Nordic region, as well as Heading Business Development for LRI Group, an Apex Group company. He has extensive client management experience built during roles at European Depositary Bank, Warburg Invest Luxembourg and Alter Domus.
